D2 Inline Solutions works closely with clients to develop unique coating processes to enhance their products. Coating solutions can be functional, decorative, or both. These processes can then be converted into high-volume production equipment.

D2 specializes in developing metallized coatings for consumer products and personal care applications, where highly reflective finishes are desired to differentiate packaging without adding significant cost.

D2 has the ability to produce samples for feasibility studies and pre-production runs and limited in-house production. D2 also offers customer service contracts, contract engineering, and training for operators and technicians.

D2 has an experienced team of engineers, designers and technicians who work to provide innovative solutions to enhance production processes. With roots in the design of high speed CD and DVD manufacturing systems, D2 brings to bear a complete set of design capabilities, including electrical and mechanical design, 3D CAD and FEA (Finite Element Analysis), and programmable machine control for process automation.
